Pastor Loescher graduated from Shoreland Lutheran High School in 2003, Martin Luther College in 2007, and Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 2011. His early ministry was in the west, gaining valuable experience as a vicar in Sierra Vista, AZ and pastor of St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Sacramento, CA. Pastor Loescher is married to Jessica. Also part of their family are Ryan (16), Natalie (13), Caleb (7), and Elliott (3) and Millie. Fun fact: Pastor enjoys cheering on the Minnesota sports teams.
I am married to Rachel, Bethany's office manager. Together we have two sons, Jason and Jonah who are in 7th and 8th grade here at Bethany. They can often be seen playing and helping around the school. You also have probably noticed all 4 of us biking around Hustisford. We are fans of the Wisconsin sports teams and like watching Packer games and going to Brewers games together. Rachel and I are also fans of watching Jason and Jonah discover sports such as baseball, basketball, and football.
I like anything that takes me outside and into nature. Camping is my favorite thing to do over the summer along with hiking and fishing. I also enjoy wood working projects and fixing things.
This will be my 22nd year teaching and my 8th year as a principal. The first part of my days during the school year are spent working on administrative duties and the second part of the day is spent teaching Christ Light, Math, and Science.
I moved from Glendale, Arizona, in May of 2023, where I had been teaching for the past 25 years. I graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in May of 1975. I have been a principal, choir director, youth leader, and organist in many of the congregations that I served. I planned to retire in 2023, but the Lord had his plans. I am excited to serve the families of Bethany Lutheran School.
My wife passed away in December of 2021. My daughter, Katie, grandson, Lincoln, and I live in Beaver Dam and are enjoying the quiet neighborhood and getting to know the area. I grew up in Milwaukee and enjoy visiting the big city, but love the small town. We decided to move from Arizona to Wisconsin to be close to relatives and friends. My son, Adam, and his wife, Crystal, live in San Diego, California.Katie and I enjoy traveling. We hope to get to Europe soon. We also like doing a variety of crafts.
I was born in Tacoma, Washington, but spent most of my childhood and adolescence in Bay City, Michigan. I attended Michigan Lutheran Seminary and moved to Saginaw, Michigan between my sophomore and junior years. After graduating from MLS in 2021, I moved to New Ulm, Minnesota, where I recently completed my degree at Martin Luther College with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Social Studies.
My husband, Lukas, and I met at MLS and began dating during our freshman year. We were married in Michigan on July 28, 2023. Lukas also attended Martin Luther College and is preparing to begin his studies at the Seminary this fall as he continues his journey toward becoming a pastor. Together we have a sweet dog named Willow, a Golden Retriever and Dachshund mix who’s full of personality and has an adorable underbite.
In my free time, I love staying creative and busy. Usually I’m sewing my own clothes, crocheting, doing puzzles, reading a good book, or doing a project of some sort. Lukas and I also enjoy spending time outdoors with Willow, taking her on walks or letting her run free in open fields. We’re both enthusiastic sports fans (especially when it comes to the Detroit Lions and any other Michigan team) and can often be found watching or listening to a game together. We are so excited to be here at Bethany and are truly looking forward to sharing God’s Word and getting to know the congregation and school!

I am married to Jeff and have three children, Lorelei (Sophmore at Luther Prep), JT (Freshman at Luther Prep) and Dallas (2nd grade at Bethany). When I am not at school you can find me coaching volleyball, reading a book, or at one of my kid's sporting events.
I earned my Elementary Education Degree from Indiana University. Following graduation I got a job as a Collegiate Head Volleyball Coach. I was on the coaching path for many years and coached many different age groups. As my children got older I began substitute teaching at Bethany and other Synod schools in the area. Although coaching is very much teaching, I am glad that the Lord has led me back to the classroom.
I am excited to have my own classroom and blessed to have been chosen to teach God's word to our school children.
I am married to Jason, we have two dogs named Ruby and Ziva. Both Jason and I are involved with the Hustisford Fire/EMSand. I love to sing, hunt, trap shoot, travel, spend time at our Lake Cottage, play volleyball, and drive my ‘73 Mustang.
I got my teaching degree at UW-Oshkosh and my Synod Certification from Martin Luther College. I have been teaching at Bethany since 2008 and really enjoy my time with the students and being a positive Christian role model for them. You may see me singing in the Bethany adult choir or directing one of the children's songs in church.
I am married to Tim and have three children: Faith (21), Mary (19) and Adam (16). I am a member at St. Matthew’s Lutheran School in Iron Ridge. I am retired from John Deere where I worked for 24 years as an engineer. After retiring I obtained my substitute teaching license.
I have been a substitute teacher for the past two years to include all age groups from 3K thru 8th grade. The main two schools I have subbed at are St. Matthew’s Lutheran in Iron Ridge and Bethany. I subbed in the 3K-4K room last May for the month while Mrs. Jensen was on maternity leave.
My family and I enjoy racing, being outdoors, campfires and just sitting around talking. All three of our children have raced go-karts and two of them have now moved on to racing Legend Cars at Beaver Dam Raceway on Saturday nights.
I am truly excited to be at Bethany as the preschool teacher and truly blessed with this opportunity to teach your children.
I am married to Mike, Bethany's school principal. We have two sons, Jason (8th grade) and Jonah (7th grade). We love going on family adventures together with our dog Kasey. We have fun participating in and watching various sports as well as enjoying nature by hiking and biking together. I love a good Bible Study and digging into the Word with others. Leaning on God’s word has been extremely impactful for me.
A good DIY home project and thrifting are a couple of my personal hobbies. I've enjoy working with youth through coaching cheer squads and volunteering with various groups at school and church. I'm currently taking classes at MLC under the Staff Ministry Program.

I am married to Brian and we have two adult children, Joshua and Nathan. Both our sons are BLS graduates. I am a baptized and confirmed member of Bethany. I am also a KML graduate and Brian graduated from Lakeside Lutheran High School. We live outside Hustisford.
I retired early in 2022 from LKQ-Smart Parts where I had been employed for 30 years. I am blessed to be able to share my work knowledge in my new position at Bethany. I am the President of Bethany's Ladies Aid as well as finishing up my last term as President of our Dodge-Washington Circuit for Lutheran Women's Missionary Society (LWMS). I also serve as Bethany's LWMS Reporter - meaning I get the privilege of sharing mission news with the congregation. I received my short-term substitute teaching license in July 2022.
I enjoy reading and trying new recipes - both baking and cooking. I enjoy meeting the children and parents at Bethany School - introduce yourself to me if I don't know you!

My husband, Andy and I have been members of Bethany for 14 years. Our children are Aiden, a sophomore at Luther Prep and Liam, a fifth grader here at Bethany.
I love working in my flower garden and planting new flowers. I love seeing all the beautiful colors God created for me. I enjoy making crafts and painting, antique shopping, reading, cooking, baking. I've been busy this last year making a lot of cakes for my family and friends. I enjoy family time and taking care of my nephew, Owen during the week.
I am excited to be the school lunch lady this year and blessed at the opportunity to cook and feed the children at Bethany.
Mrs. Amy Kaiser is our preschool teaching assistant as well as our study hall supervisor. Amy is married to Paul Sr. and has 4 kids, 3 of whom attend school at Bethany. Amy utilizes her creativity by helping our church Sunday School with the preschool craft. One of Amy's hobbies is doing puzzles.
Mrs. Jenalee Janesz is our K-1 teaching assistant. Jena is married to Adam and is mom to Stella who is a kindergartener here at Bethany. Jena also serves on our school Pep Committee and helps with our church's annual Advent by Candlelight.
